NetPros does not offer one-size-fits-all pricing or retail service menus.

Pricing is based on:

• Number of users and systems

• Servers and infrastructure complexity

• Backup, security, and monitoring requirements

• Response expectations

• Risk exposure and compliance considerations

This ensures pricing reflects operational reality—not assumptions.

Managed IT services are billed as a predictable monthly subscription.

This includes:
• Continuous monitoring
• Backup verification and recovery oversight
• Security monitoring and escalation coordination
• Structured support and response procedures
• Ongoing risk identification
• Priority handling during emergencies

Managed IT is structured for organizations with five or more users.

Emergency IT services are available for non-managed clients when systems are down or operations are disrupted.

Emergency services:

• Are billed at emergency rates

• Are handled on a best-effort basis

• Do not include preventative monitoring

• Do not include ongoing support

Emergency response is prioritized for managed clients.

Flat pricing assumes identical environments.

In reality, two organizations with the same number of users can have vastly different:
• Infrastructure age
• Backup reliability
• Security posture
• Risk exposure

Listing prices without assessment leads to under-scoping, over-promising, and operational failure.

We avoid that intentionally.

The first step is a stability review.

This allows us to assess system condition, risk exposure, and determine appropriate coverage before any agreement is proposed.
There is no obligation to proceed with managed services after the review.
